The first fair in Mexico City dedicated to books and printed matter focused on food, cooking, drink, and food culture.

Over three days, it brings together 26 exhibitors from Mexico and abroad, as well as key figures from the publishing and culinary sectors.

LIts second edition will take place from November 6 to 8 at Jardín Gallina de Guinea in Mexico City.

Publishers, bookstores, authors, artists, collectives, and independent initiatives that will showcase and sell their work over three days. 

Exhibitors are selected through an open call and editorial curation.

The open call will remain open until June 30, 2026. To submit your project, please review the application guidelines here.

In addition to the book fair, there will be a series of talks and workshops open to the public, focused on culinary publishing.


The fair is an initiative of Librería Gallina de Guinea.


No registration is necessary to attend the talks; admission is free and open to the public.

Prior registration will only be required for the workshops.

Yes! The fair aims to cover a wide variety of genres and editorial formats: cookbooks, essays, narratives, chronicles, poetry, illustration, art, magazines, and zines, all around the edible universe.
